Marilyn’s coaching knowledge focuses on interpersonal skills and her approach is to challenge what might be assumptions. She has experience of living in South America and coaching managers and directors through periods of rapid growth including international mergers and acquisitions.
With over 20 years experience in Human Resources & Management Development, her last position was as HR Director with a high-tech aerospace company.

She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP and is trained in TA and NLP techniques with a DMS background.

 

Paddy O’Keeffe

After a management career in IT and HR, Paddy began coaching managers, nearly twenty years ago, in his role as Management Development Manager. He coaches in skills, behaviours, career development and work/life balance.

Accredited in a range of psychometric instruments (MBTI, Firo, SDI, TMS) which he uses in his coaching practice, Paddy has recently gained a Masters degree in Gender at Birkbeck.

 

Kevin Pharoah

Kevin has extensive experience from working in both the private and public sectors, including responsibility at Director level in a large organisation, as part of an HR senior management group. Kevin uses his training as a TA (Transactional Analysis) psychologist, to coach on a wide range of issues.

Kevin is a qualified practitioner for Myers-Briggs Type 1 Indicator (MBTI), which together with his business experience and psychology training he uses in his work. He has a Degree in Environmental Studies.
